RicVer Technologies Corp., a company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States ("we", "us", or "our"), operates the Rapporta mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.
Rapporta is designed with your privacy in mind. The App works entirely offline on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data, and we do not require you to create an account to use the App.
1. Data Storage
All data you create in the App — including reports, images, annotations, workspaces, and folders — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your content. Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to share or export it yourself (for example, by emailing a PDF report).
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Because Rapporta is an offline application, we do not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Account credentials or passwords
- Your reports, images, or annotations
- Location data
- Contact lists or other device data
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers optional in-app subscriptions (Premium) processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
The app stores may share with us limited transaction information (such as whether a subscription is active) to unlock Premium features. This does not include your payment details.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for subscription billing and app distribution
These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Apple and Google.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Since your data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it and cannot share it.
When you use the share or export features within the App (such as generating a PDF and sending it via email), that data is shared by you directly through your device and is not transmitted through our systems.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete any report, workspace, or image directly within the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all associated data from your device.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. You have full control over your data on your device.
If you have contacted us via email for support, you may request deletion of those communications at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no risk of us knowingly gathering data from children.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
